The suspects are Luis Galvez, 31, Anselmo Rubio, 61, and Juan Rubio, 21.
Officers received a tip saying someone was practicing dentistry inside a home in the 700 block of A Street, according to a news release issued Tuesday.
Police responded to the complaint about 1 p.m. Monday and found several people inside the home, along with many dentistry-related items, including tools, medications and a makeshift dental chair, police said.
"Other evidence suggested a patient may have recently undergone a tooth extraction," the release states.
It looks like the men had been performing the dental work at a kitchen table, police said.
No additional details were released.
