Dr. Rahmat Barkhordar specializes in both Endodontics and Periodontics. He received his training from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry Postgraduate program with a dual specialty degree in Endodontics and Periodontics in 1980. He is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics
Dr. Barkordar was Chair and Professor of the Endodontics program at University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry (UCSF). He has also held teaching positions in Endodontics and Periodontics at the University of Connecticut and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco for more than 25 years.
